Hey everyone. Sorry I had not been very active lately dies _(:3」∠)__ I took some time today to scan some random doodles and study doodles in my sketchbook. The Bendi low poly 3D model is still in wip and was something I did for fun in December. I realized I never posted the 2d turnaround for it so I thought I share xD still need to finish the model ahhh! Now that I’ve done some more 3d at work there are a lot of things i would’ve done differently. I want to do more 3d things now!! (man there are so many things I want to do Aaaaaaaaaaaa)
Oh! and plugging our studio (Rival Schools)’s tumblr again! We post a lot of inspirational work as well as our studio projects/awards. Follow and check it out if you like!

Hey Betty! Question...what program do you use to create pixel art and what brush settings do you use when painting? Also do you have any tutorials that you can share for both of them? Thanx in advance Betty! Keep up the great work!

And as for brush settings, I use default brushes 90% of the time. I like using the default Hard Round brush with tablet pressure opacity turned on and opacity+flow at 100%. I occasionally download brush packs from artists to experiment. Here are 2 that I liked experimenting with: Sam Neilson’s Brushes, Fox Orian’s Brushes.
I actually don’t watch/read tutorials much for digital painting which I should start doing ;; but I like to collect resources and tutorials in my deviantart favourites and my inspiration blog for future references. I also know site called ctrl+paint that has good tutorials about digital painting. I watched a few of his videos and they’re really helpful!

I’ve been watching a lot of Avatar: The Last AirBender on netflix when I’m doing my work outs. I’ve been missing out so much omgggg ;-; I’m currently on season 2 and the characters and story are amazing!! aaaaa I had to sketch some of the characters TAT Some of the poses are referenced from official art (I learned a few things from them!)
